I think this is a executable that replace the web main page.

direct link to inside doesn't respond, gives the idea that the whole site is not.

3pay1ad - into scam

3pay1ad was for a long time a respectfull site, but now looks abandonated. just 1 ad today (usually there are 3) and forum full of spam.
